Frequently Asked Questions

How do I become a member, sign up and create a NEW Account? 

It's simple and quick! Click on the JOIN link in the top menu bar. Select a membership plan and follow the instructions.

Need a COI (Certificate of Insurance)?

If you have Philadelphia Insurance AND you were sent a confirmation code via email, you can go to insurename.com.  Go to the box labeled CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE. See Visual Below.

If you have insurance through another one of our companies or if you are not sure, please email Loomis Co. certificates@loomisco.com. Include your name, business name and information you may need on the COI.

 

Please allow a 24 hour turnaround time for processing.

Need your NAMEpros MEMBERSHIP NUMBER? 

You can find your MEMBERSHIP NUMBER in your member account.

 

Login to your account on NAMEeventPros.com. Under the tab My Account, your member number is in red. It is also located in the email sent to you when you renewed/joined. See Visual Below

How can I get Liability Insurance for my business? 

You can purchase insurance through our official partner, Loomis Insurance, a 3rd party licensed broker. Once you create an account with NAMEpros, and purchase a membership, they will provide you with a price quote based on your needs. START HERE

Is it necessary to get Liability Insurance for my business? 

In most cases, YES! In fact, it's always a good idea to be covered for any kind of liability when offering services, especially if something happens or someone decides to go after you (personally) or your business for something that happened. Or, if you have equipment, you can protect that as well from damages and theft.

Additionally, MOST venues today REQUIRE every vendor that provides services on their property, hired directly by the venue or by your client that rented space at the venue, to have good solid LIABILITY insurance coverage. In most cases up to $2M. 

 

To learn more about your insurance needs, if you have a current/active NAMEpros membership, you can reach out to our 3rd party licensed insurance broker for a quote. If you do not have a NAMEpros current/active account, create an account with NAMEpros, and purchase a membership, then you will be able to get an insurance price quote based on your needs. How much does it COST for Liability Insurance for my business? 

It's variable since it depends on the type of business you offer, the services you offer, and the coverages you require. Our 3rd party licensed insurance broker team is here to help you get the BEST price for the coverage(s) you need to help protect yourself and your business.

Do I have to be a NAMEpros member to get Liability Insurance for my business? 

YES. You must be a member of NAMEpros. You'll need to purchase an annual membership first, before you can get liability insurance from our 3rd party licensed broker.

Is Insurance included in the NAMEpros membership fee? 

NO, it is not. The annual membership to NAMEpros provides you with exclusive access to our 3rd party licensed insurance broker, to provide you with the BEST insurance quote(s) to help protect you and your business. In addition to getting an insurance quote, you receive access to all of the benefits and information NAMEpros offers to help your business grow, prosper and most importantly help you save money! The insurance for your business is something that MUST be outsourced and provided by a 3rd party licensed and accredited insurance broker, that is legally licensed, in your state, to provide the proper insurance coverage for your type of service and needs. In fact, no association is able to provide insurance quotes independently because they are not licensed brokers for your state/area. Be careful of other outfits that offer and including insurance. It's usually too good to be true and most likely fake, which doesn't protect your business.

I FORGOT my PASSWORD. Can I reset it? 

YES. You can reset your password at anytime. Locate the link at the upper right corner of this page. Once you arrive on the login page, click on the "Forgot Password" link and follow the instructions. 

Can I change my email address to login? 

No. You can not change your login email address to your membership account. The email address you used when you created the account, can not be modified or changed.
